Our aim

We aim to deliver a replacement vehicle at a time that is convenient to your policy holder – in some cases, even on the same day. The policy holder can usually keep this vehicle while their own is being repaired. They can choose to use a garage they know and trust to repair their vehicle or we can recommend one to them.

When we visit your client we will take them through all the documentation required to be completed to initiate the claim and complete it with them at that time. Throughout the claim process we will keep both you and your client informed of its progress.
